Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

• Sign in to your account and open Order History, or contact support@casandra.com.
• Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose a reason.
• Print the prepaid return label and drop off your package at any carrier location.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different color or size, start a return and place a new order — this ensures the fastest turnaround since stock is reserved immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
