Welcome to Casandra. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Casandra’s website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Guest checkout is available and does not require account registration.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock — in which case any payment already collected will be refunded in full.

• Prices are displayed in the currency you select and are subject to change without notice, though changes will never affect an order already confirmed.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• You confirm that any payment method used is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Standard and international deliveries typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days of shipment, depending on destination and customs processing; these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details, exclusions, and the return process are set out in our Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.

5. Pricing & Promotions

Promotional codes and coupons are subject to their own terms (minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates, usage limits) shown at the time of redemption, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

6. Product Authenticity

Every item sold by Casandra is guaranteed authentic and inspected by our in-house artisans prior to shipment. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from photography due to the natural characteristics of leather and monitor display differences.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in reviews or order details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of Casandra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit a product review or other content, you grant Casandra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. Reviews are moderated and may be declined or removed at our discretion, including for content that is abusive, irrelevant, or not reflective of a genuine purchase.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Casandra. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Casandra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Casandra harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Casandra is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
