Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination, customs processing, and local courier conditions. Remote areas and international destinations outside major metropolitan zones may fall toward the higher end of this window.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery. International shipments may be subject to additional customs inspection, which can extend delivery beyond our standard estimate.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, and is also available from your account’s order history at all times.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our concierge team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
